ASL Airlines Ireland (ABR, Dublin International) has commenced operating domestic routes in Italy on behalf of Amazon.com, using one of its seven B737-400(F)s, ch-aviation analysis of Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows.

EI-STM (msn 27094) was ferried to Milan Malpensa on January 25, 2021, and has since been plying a nightly route to Cagliari in Sardinia. Since February 8, the network has been expanded to include nightly services to Catania in Sicily.

According to the ch-aviation fleets module, all seven B737-400(F)s, one of two B737-400(SF)s, and both B737-800(BCF)s operated by ASL Airlines Ireland are chartered to Amazon.com. They operate international cargo services in Europe, connecting the continent's most important freight gateways such as Cologne/Bonn, Leipzig/Halle, Nottingham East Midlands, Madrid Barajas, and Milan. The -800(BCF)s, contrary to the -400(F)s, sport Amazon's Prime Air livery. A further two B737-400(F)s operated by ASL Airlines France (5O, Paris CDG) also fly on behalf of the e-commerce giant, including one on domestic routes in France.

ASL Aviation Holdings has been the only European operator so far to be tasked with Amazon's full charter or CMI contracts.
