US's GLOBALX secures long-term Cuba charter deal
13.02.2023 - 14:37 UTCGLOBALX (G6, Miami International) has signed a long-term charter agreement with Xael Charters to ply 14x weekly rotations from the United States to Havana International, Camagüey, Santa Clara de Cuba, and Holguin in Cuba.
"We are delighted to be working with Xael, the oldest and most successful Public Charter Operator to Cuba, and their outstanding team, to provide these much-needed public charters/charter flights for Cuban Americans who need to travel to Cuba, providing an important lifeline for the Cuban people," Chairman and Chief Executive Ed Wegel said.
The ch-aviation fleets advanced module shows that GLOBALX operates six A320-200s and two A321-200s in terms of its passenger fleet. It has also wet-leased another A321 from Aruba Airlines (AG, Aruba) to operate charter flights from Florida to Cuba.
