Iberojet (Spain) (E9, Palma de Mallorca) launched scheduled all-cargo operations on behalf of Correos on May 4, 2022. The Spanish national postal operator is already planning to grow its fleet to three aircraft by 2024.

EC-LXA (msn 670), an A330-300 in makeshift freighter configuration, currently operates 2x weekly from Madrid Barajas via Dubai World Central to Hong Kong International and return, Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows. The aircraft is in Correos livery and operates exclusively for the postal service under a charter agreement. The airline told ch-aviation that it would eventually convert the aircraft into an A330-300(P2F).

Iberojet will also operate another A330-300 for Correos; EC-MXL (msn 1574), since re-registered OE-IFL, was ferried to Tel Aviv Ben Gurion on January 24, 2022, presumably for conversion. Iberojet did not respond to ch-aviation's request for confirmation.

It is unclear whether the third aircraft for Correos will also be an A330-300. The postal operator plans to eventually obtain its own Air Operator's Certificate and therefore sees the partnership with Iberojet as an interim solution. While it has initially focused on Hong Kong, Correos plans to add more routes to Asia and the Americas going forward.
