Vive Perú (Lima International) has been granted an Air Operators Certificate covering domestic non-scheduled passenger and cargo flights by the Peruvian Ministry of Transport and Communications.
The carrier has named Lima International and Iquitos as potential bases. According to a Peruvian government communique, Viva Peru has been granted traffic rights for most Peruvian provinces.
