Air Guilin (GT, Guilin) has taken delivery of its first aircraft, an A319-100 B-6192 (msn 3768) transferred to the start-up carrier from sister carrier Capital Airlines (China) (JD, Beijing Daxing International).

Backed with CNY600 million (USD94.48 million) in initial start-up capital, Air Guilin is a joint venture between the Guilin Tourism Development Co. (60%) and HNA Group subsidiary Guilin Aviation Tourism Group (40%).

HNA subsidiary Capital Airlines is currently already the biggest carrier in Guilin offering 21.58% of weekly seat capacity from the city.
