Supreme Airlines (Jaipur) has launched maiden scheduled services out of Sri Ganganagar, an airstrip in northern India, connecting it with the capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur, IANS newswire has reported.

The route is operated 14x weekly with Cessna (single turboprop) 208 equipment.

According to the Supreme Airlines' website, the carrier also intends to operate flights out of Sri Ganganagar to Delhi International, although it is unclear when these could be launched.

Under the state government-led initiative to boost intrastate air connectivity, a number of other cities in Rajasthan have recently seen maiden scheduled services to Jaipur, including, besides Sri Ganganagar, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Udaipur.
