Norwegian Air Sweden (Stockholm Arlanda) inaugurated commercial flight operations on Thursday, December 6, having completed its certification drive in late November.

According to Flightradar24 ADS-B data, the start-up has been using its only aircraft at present, B737-8 SE-RTA (msn 42835), to operate flights from Stockholm Arlanda to each of Copenhagen Kastrup and Oslo Gardermoen.

However, effective December 11, schedule data at hand shows it will begin a 6x weekly service from Stockholm Arlanda to Gran Canaria to be followed by a 3x weekly service to Helsinki Vantaa on December 12, and weekly services to each of Lisbon and Vilnius on December 13.

At present time, all Norwegian Air Sweden flights are operated for Norwegian (Oslo Gardermoen) on a wet-lease basis.
