Mistral Air (M4, Rome Fiumicino) has been rebranded as Poste Air Cargo (M4, Rome Fiumicino) following its transition into a dedicated mail and freight haulier last year.

The carrier is a division of Poste Italiane and operates a fleet of two ATR72-500s (used for mail haulage), one ATR72-500(F), and three B737-400(F)s on scheduled cargo flights connecting Brescia, Bari, Cagliari, Catania, Lamezia Terme, Naples Capodichino, Palermo, and Rome Fiumicino.

Key contractors include Amazon.com which uses the carrier's overnight flights as part of its expedited delivery process.
