Central Air Transport Services (CEN, Harare Charles Prince) (CATS) is expanding its fleet with the addition of a Beech (twin turboprop) King Air 200, Z-KSM, the back of increased traffic demand following the COVID-19 pandemic, the Zimbabwean charter specialist announced.

The company is experiencing a "positive and successful flow of enquiries and bookings, " prompting the fleet addition. "There is no doubt that this beautiful pressurised twin-engine [aircraft] will not only allow us to expand our fleet but also ensure better quality service by providing our clients with style, comfort and speed," the company said in a statement.

CATS forms part of the KSM Holdings group of companies operating out of Harare Charles Prince and Victoria Falls. It provides tailor-made charters to remote safari camps and lodges with a fixed-wing fleet comprising:

Other services include light cargo transports of delicate, high security, or perishable goods; charters for hunting, aerial photography, and sky diving; corporate charters and daily scheduled codeshares with Mack Air (MKB, Maun) to Victoria Falls and Hwange National Park; and educational tours and flights.
