Airlinair (Paris Orly) as well as Air France (AF, Paris CDG) subsidiaries Brit Air (Morlaix) and Régional (Nantes) will operate under a single brand from 2013 as part of Air France's "Transform 2015" restructuring plan. The new brand is expected to be announced in January and to be used from the summer schedule 2013. The three carriers will however continue to operate as independent carriers. Air France is planning to retire seven additional regional aircraft and to cut 64 jobs at Brit Air and Régional but does not expect any layoffs.
