JetBlue Airways (B6, New York JFK) has entered into a sale-and-leaseback agreement with BOC Aviation covering three A321-200NX and five A220-300s. According to the lessor's stock market filing, the transaction will be completed by the end of 2023.

The ch-aviation fleets module shows the American carrier currently operates twenty A321-200NX, of which it owns 14 and leases the other six from DAE Capital. In turn, JetBlue's fleet of A220s comprises eighteen owned aircraft. It has a further eighty-two A220-300s and thirty-six A321-200NX (as well as ten A321-200NX(LR)s and eleven A321-200NY(XLR)s) on firm orders from the manufacturer.

BOC Aviation does not currently lease any aircraft to JetBlue, according to the ch-aviation fleets ownership module.
