GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (G3, São Paulo Congonhas) has been cleared by the Brazilian antitrust authority Cade to acquire low-cost carrier Webjet (Rio de Janeiro International). The two carriers have however been forced to commit that they do not cancel more than 15% of flights currently operated from Rio de Janeiro Santos Dumont. Gol operates 56 daily departures from the airport operating to Belo Horizonte Tancredo Neves, Brasília Juscelino Kubitschek International, Curitiba International, Goiania, Navegantes, São Paulo Congonhas and Vitória Goiabeiras. Webjet operates 16 daily departures to Belo Horizonte, Brasilia Curitiba and São Paulo Guarulhos.
