Axis Aviation San Marino has expanded its San Marino-registered fleet with the addition of its first Bombardier Business Aircraft Global 5000, T7-FBQ (msn 9282), according to ch-aviation research.

The aircraft was previously operated by Luxaviation San Marino (LSM, Rimini) under the same registration. At 16.7 years old, it was initially delivered to a private operator in the US before being exported to the UAE, where it was operated by ExecuJet Middle East (EJO, Dubai World Central) for nine years. It then moved to San Marino under ExecuJet's sister operator, Luxaviation.

This newly inducted Global 5000 is the third aircraft added to Axis Aviation's San Marino AOC, which was obtained earlier this year, as reported by ch-aviation. The company also operates one Learjet 31A and one Hawker 800XPi in its San Marino-registered fleet.

Meanwhile, AXIS Aviation (BQA, Zurich) operates a total of four aircraft in its Swiss unit, including one Challenger 601-3A, one Falcon 2000S, one Gulfstream Aerospace G650, and one Pilatus Aircraft PC-12. It also operates one Global 7500 registered privately in the Cayman Islands. Its Austrian division, AXIS Aviation Austria, operates a single Gulfstream Aerospace G550. South Africa's Absolute Flight Services (Johannesburg Lanseria), recently integrated into AXIS Aviation, does not operate any Global variants.

Luxaviation San Marino, on the other hand, continues to operate one Global 5000 on the T7- register, alongside one Global 6000, and one Global 6500. Its fleet also includes two Challenger 604s, one Falcon 2000LXS, one Falcon 7X, one Falcon 8X, one G200, one Hawker 850XP, two Hawker 900XPs, and one Embraer Executive Jets Legacy 650.
