Zest Aviation (Ahmedabad) has added a first Global 5500, accountable manager Sudeep Shrivastava has confirmed to ch-aviation.
The brand-new ultra-long-range jet, VT-ZTP (msn 60158), was delivered between May 3 and 5, routing from Montréal Trudeau to Ahmedabad with stops at Gander and Dubai World Central. The ferry flights were conducted under the 'BBA' code for Bombardier Business Aircraft while the aircraft was still registered as C-FBQS. It has yet to operate as VT-ZTP.
The Global 5500 joins another Global-family aircraft, a Global Express XRS, in Zest Aviation's fleet, which also comprises a Challenger 604, a Challenger 650, and a Citation XLS+.
