Jet Access Aviation (JXA, West Palm Beach International) has phased out the sole GIV-SP and Citation Jet 1 aircraft from its Part 135-certified fleet, ch-aviation research shows.
The 24.5-year-old Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft, N90RG (msn 1410), is configured for up to 11 passengers and was based at West Palm Beach International. It was last active on May 7 flying between Pontiac Oakland County International and Van Nuys, where it remains parked.
The jet is set to be added to the Part 135 certificate of Prime Jet (Denver Centennial), joining five GIV-SPs and an additional unit due to be inducted into the company’s charter fleet.
Meanwhile, Jet Access has also phased out a Citation Jet 1 recently added to the Part 135 fleet. The 24.3-year-old aircraft, N918BK (msn 525-0419), is configured for up to six passengers and was placed on the Part 135 certificate of First Wing Management (Indianapolis Regional), an operator merged into Jet Access in 2021. It was last active on February 5 with a test flight around Grand Rapids, MI, where it was based.
Following these retirements, Jet Access' Part 135 certificate now comprises a Learjet 55C, which was added in April 2025, a Learjet 60, also recently inducted, alongside a Citation XLS+, two Citation Jet 3s, a Citation Jet 4 Gen2, three Citation Excels, two Citation Sovereigns, a Citation X, a Falcon 2000, a Phenom 300, a G200, and a Hawker 800XP.
First Wing Management's charter certificate includes a Learjet 45XR, a Citation M2, and a Citation XLS.
