Prime Jet (Denver Centennial) has taken delivery of a brand new G650ER, the operator's first unit of the type to be available for charter. Chief operating officer Andrew Gulsrud confirmed to ch-aviation that the aircraft, which will be be based at Miami Opa-Locka, is expected to join Prime Jet's Part 135 fleet within the next two to four weeks.

The ultra long range jet, N972SH (msn 6593), was delivered to Miami Opa-Locka on April 18 from Savannah International.

Gulsrud also revealed that, alongside the G650ER, Prime Jet is adding two GIV-SPs to the charter fleet, N30GD (msn 1228), which was previously operated privately in the United States, and N90RG (msn 1410), the sole GIV-SP listed on the Part 135 certificate of Jet Access Aviation.

The new aircraft will join a Part 135 fleet exclusively composed of Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft, currently comprising a GIV, five GIV-SPs, a G450 (with a second unit recently removed), four GVs, and three G550s (including one newly added and previously operated by Surjet).

Prime Jet's charter certificate included one of three E145s which were added in 2023 and subsequently retired in January 2024. This unit, N835HK (msn 145670), has now been removed and is currently operated by Key Lime Air, which had already inducted another E145 formerly operated by Prime Jet, N832HK (msn 145771). The third aircraft, TR-KGT (msn 145695), previously registered as N836HK, was acquired by the government of Gabon for VIP transport.
