Cargojet Airways (W8, Hamilton, ON) has added a first B767-300F to its fleet, C-FNPJ (msn 30780), ch-aviation research has revealed. The aircraft is the first production freighter to be operated by the Canadian cargo specialist.

The aircraft, currently stored at Goodyear, was introduced into Cargojet’s fleet on July 3, 2025. It is a 24.9-year-old freighter owned and managed by the airline, which has publicly stated its interest in owning all of its fleet rather than leasing it.

During an investors’ call in February, Cargojet’s co-chief executive, Jamie B Porteous, said the carrier would add four B767s to “allocate capacity to high-demand areas.”

ch-aviation data shows Cargojet’s fleet comprises seventeen B757-200(PCF)s, three B767-200(ERBDSF)s, four B767-300ER(BCF)s, nineteen B767-300ER(BDSF)s, and now one B767-300F.

Besides C-FNPJ, Cargojet has also added two B767-300ER(BDSF)s to its fleet in 2025: C-GPAJ (msn 29617), introduced in May, and C-GPDJ (msn 29383), introduced in June.

ch-aviation reached out to Cargojet Airways for comment on the introduction date of C-FNPJ to scheduled freighter operations, but the airline was not immediately available.
