Skymark Executive (SMB, Rimini) has expanded its charter fleet with the induction of a third Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft, a GV.
"Based at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta, the GV will enable us to better serve the increasing VIP flying demand across the African continent," the company said in a statement. The GV is Skymark Executive's first aircraft based in Africa, as the other two Gulfstream jets are stationed at Dubai World Central.
The newly added aircraft, T7-VVV (msn 584), is 25.3 years old and configured for up to 18 passengers. It departed Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg, CH, where it had been parked since March 31, to Kilimanjaro on August 2, before continuing to Nairobi the following day, operating under Skymark Executive's 'SMB' code.
Previously registered in the United States as N84GV, the jet was not Part 135-certified and had already been based in Nairobi since mid-October 2024.
The GV joins a 13.3-year-old, 14-seat G450 and a seven-year-old GVII-G600 added in October 2024 and configured for up to 19 passengers.
