Air Transat (TS, Montréal Trudeau) president Allen Graham has internally announced at Air Transat (TS, Montréal Trudeau) that as part of restructuring and cost cutting plan, Air Transat would plan to add own narrowbody aircraft to its fleet again. It currently has a wet-lease agreement with CanJet Airlines (Halifax) to operate some of its Caribbean and Florida flights in winter with B737-800s but does not want to extend the agreement that ends after the winter season 2013/2014. Canjet currently operates to Fort Lauderdale International, Montego Bay and Orlando International for Air Transat from the Canadian departure airports of Montréal Trudeau, Ottawa International, Québec and Toronto Pearson. It had operated B727-200s, B737-400s and B757-200s in the past but had retired its last B757-200 in 2003. It has since only operated widebody aircraft and currently has a fleet of 10 A310-300s, 8 A330-200s and four A330-300s.
