ExecuJet Caribbean, a subsidiary of Luxaviation Group, has sold St. Maarten's fixed-base operator (FBO) to Atlantic Aviation. Earlier this year, ExecuJet Caribbean renewed the FBO concession agreement with Princess Juliana International Airport Operating Company N.V. (PJIAE) and relocated to a new facility, occupying 1,200 square feet (112 square metres), while FBO specialist Signature Aviation operated the other half of the terminal.
ExecuJet Caribbean began operating in St. Maarten in 2016, following the acquisition of TLC Aviation's FBO. The company continues to run an FBO at St. Martin, in the northern part of the island administrated by France, and further operates an FBO at Monterrey Mariano Escobedo in Mexico, along with several other locations across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.
