Ryanair (FR, Dublin International) will open its fifth Moroccan base at Rabat in April 2026. The Irish low-cost carrier said it would base two aircraft in the Moroccan capital and that this will allow it to add seven new international routes (to Milan Bergamo, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, Frankfurt Hahn, Nuremberg, Porto, Pisa, and Valencia Manises). The airline currently operates 11 international routes out of the city. Despite having cabotage traffic rights in Morocco, Ryanair does not yet connect Rabat with any domestic destinations.
