Philippine Airlines (PR, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) took delivery of its first A350-1000, RP-C3510 (msn 758), on December 20, 2025. The flag carrier has commitments for eight more of the type - six expected in 2026 and the remaining two in 2027.

RP-C3510 was ferried directly from the Airbus delivery centre at Toulouse Blagnac to Manila Ninoy Aquino International on December 19. The Rolls-Royce Trent XWB-97-powered jet is configured with 382 seats, comprising 42 in business class, 24 in premium economy, and 316 in economy.

The aircraft is scheduled to enter revenue service on December 30. Initially, it will be deployed from Manila to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi, Hong Kong International, Singapore Changi, and New York JFK. The airline told ch-aviation that there are currently no plans to deploy the type on domestic flights.

Philippine Airlines' first two A350-1000s were recently refinanced under a sale-and-leaseback transaction with BOC Aviation.

The Filipino flag carrier currently operates two A350-900s. At its peak, the airline operated six of the variant, though four were returned to lessors during PAL's Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2021 and subsequently placed with Lufthansa.

Philippine Airlines and regional subsidiary PAL Express jointly operate a fleet of 82 aircraft, including seventeen A320-200s, twenty-two A321-200s, six A321-200Ns, two A321-200NX, eleven A330-300s, two A350-900s, one A350-1000, ten B777-300ERs, eleven DHC-8-Q400s.
