ANA Holdings has initiated a "strategic reorganisation" of its cargo business following the completion of the acquisition of NCA - Nippon Cargo Airlines (KZ, Tokyo Narita) earlier this year. The group said it planned to "accelerate decision-making, optimise cost-structures, and maximise profitability", but withheld any further details at this time. NCA will retain its own air operator's certificate (AOC), separate from ANA - All Nippon Airways, which also operates dedicated freighters. The reorganisation is due to be completed by the end of March 2026.
