Swiss financial institution UBS has reduced its stake in Air France-KLM from 5.31% of its share capital to 3.56%. The investment bank correspondingly cut its voting share in the Air France/KLM Royal Dutch Airlines parent from 3.77% to 2.53%. The change resulted from off-market transactions with undisclosed party or parties.
