China Southern Air Holding has slightly increased its shareholding in logistics firm Sinotrans to approximately 12% on January 22, 2026. The parent entity of China Southern Airlines (CZ, Guangzhou) acquired 400,000 shares at an average price of HKD5.1 Hong Kong dollars (USD0.7) per share. The total transaction amounted to approximately HKD2 million (USD260,000). Following the purchase, the group holds roughly 242 million shares in Sinotrans.
