SAS Scandinavian Airlines (SK, Copenhagen Kastrup) is in talks with both Airbus and Boeing regarding a "large" widebody order and hopes to finalise a new order in the second half of 2026, chief executive Anko van der Werff said. It is looking at both the smaller A330neo and B787 variants, as well as the larger A350 and B777X types. The airline is hopeful that its hubs, particularly Copenhagen Kastrup, will see further growth in connectivity on the back of Air France-KLM's equity investment and the switch to Skyteam.
