Korean Air (KE, Seoul Incheon) plans to issue KRW250 billion won (USD170.6 million) in corporate bonds on March 10, 2026. The offering comprises three-year bonds worth KRW200 billion (USD136.5 million) and five-year bonds worth KRW50 billion (USD34.1 million). The total issuance may increase to KRW450 billion (USD307.1 million) after bookbuilding results scheduled for March 3.
Seven underwriters will manage the sale, including NH Investment & Securities and KB Securities.
