Aurigny Air Services (GR, Guernsey) has reinstated medevac services to Alderney following the switch from its in-house, now-retired Do228-212(NG)s to DHC-6-300s damp-leased from Skybus (United Kingdom) (8Y, Land's End). Aurigny began the change in late 2025 and warned passengers that some disruptions were possible during the transition. Skybus plans to eventually operate two Twin Otters for Aurigny, providing connectivity out of Alderney to Guernsey and Southampton.
