StarFlyer (7G, Kitakyushu) will resume scheduled international services between Kitakyushu and Taipei Taoyuan on September 2, 2026, restoring a link that has been suspended since March 2020. The carrier will operate 3x weekly round-trips during the 2026 summer schedule period until October 24, using late-night and early-morning departures.

Earlier, ch-aviation reported that StarFlyer had offered international charters on the same route in the first quarter of 2026 as a precursor to the resumption of scheduled operations, previously targeted within fiscal year 2027 (April 2027 to March 2028). Its other international route, Nagoya Chubu-Taipei Taoyuan, remains suspended.
