StarFlyer (7G, Kitakyushu) aims to expand its international network in East Asia under a 2026-2028 medium-term strategy, shifting from a domestic-focused recovery phase to growth. The carrier is targeting a roughly 1.5x increase in production, based on own available seat kilometres, by the financial year ending March 2029.

Its target is revenue of JPY62 billion yen (USD395 million) and operating profit of JPY4-5 billion (USD25-32 million). The plan comes amid a scheduled restart of its Kitakyushu-Taipei Taoyuan flights on September 2, 2026.
