PSA Airlines (OH, Dayton James M. Cox) inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina on March 19, 2026, completing a relocation from the company’s former location in Dayton, Ohio.
The move establishes PSA as the only Part 121 passenger airline headquartered in North Carolina. The offices opened for over 450 employees in early January.
Becoming established in the city allows the carrier to be in proximity to parent American Airlines’ hub at Charlotte International. Furthermore, bringing PSA’s management and support staff and operational teams, including its Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), under one roof “has helped improve reliability and optimise our operation,” said Chris McCartney, chief operating officer at the carrier.
PSA offered all affected Dayton employees the option to relocate. About 40% chose to move, exceeding expectations by 50%, the company said in a statement.
The regional carrier operates a fleet of 150 aircraft, including sixty CRJ700s and ninety CRJ900s.
