Edelweiss Air (WK, Zurich) has taken its first A320-200N, transferred from parent company Swiss, ahead of induction into service planned for April 2, 2026. Swiss removed HB-JDB (msn 9379) from service in September 2023, and it has since remained parked at Zurich. It was ferried to Ljubljana in September 2025, and later, already under Edelweiss' 'WK' code, was repositioned to Norwich International for maintenance on March 20. Its debut is currently scheduled for April 2 on the Zurich-Catania route. Edelweiss aims to add six A320-200Ns in total, although the other five will come from Austrian Airlines rather than Swiss.
