The United States Department of Transportation has granted Asia Pacific Airlines (Guam) (P9, Guam International) a two-year exemption to operate scheduled cargo services between the US and the Philippines via intermediate points, effective April 21, 2026 to April 21, 2028.

The carrier also secured 7x weekly fifth-freedom cargo frequencies for Hong Kong International-Manila Ninoy Aquino International operations, as part of a planned B757-200(PCF) service on the Guam International-Hong Kong-Manila route. Certificate authority requests remain deferred.
