Singapore Airlines (SQ, Singapore Changi) has delayed the rollout of its new first and business class cabins on its A350-900 fleet, with the first retrofitted long-haul aircraft now expected to enter service in the first quarter of 2027 rather than the second quarter of 2026, due to industry-wide supply chain constraints and delayed certification of one of the new seats. The SGD1.1 billion Singapore dollar (USD868.7 million) programme covers forty-one A350-900 and A350-900(ULR) jets.
