t'way Air (TW, Daegu) has secured a revised operating licence from the South Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for its planned rebranding as Trinity Airways, following shareholder approval in March 2026.

The ministry required measures to prevent passenger confusion, maintain safe operations, and complete approvals from foreign regulators before the new name enters service. Until overseas approvals conclude, the carrier will continue operating as t'way Air with its existing "TW" code.
