China Express Airlines (G5, Chongqing) finalised a guarantee for a CNY60 million yuan (USD8.8 million) working capital loan on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary Huaxia Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd., on May 23, 2026. The carrier signed the liability agreement with China Construction Bank's Chongqing Liangjiang Branch. The facility falls under a broader CNY600 million (USD88.3 million) approved guarantee limit for the maintenance unit. Following this transaction, the airline's actual guarantee balance for the subsidiary reached CNY486.2 million (USD71.6 million).
