China Express Airlines (G5, Chongqing) has guaranteed another credit facility for wholly owned subsidiary Huaxia Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd., this time for CNY50 million yuan (USD7.5 million) via China Guangfa Bank's Chongqing branch. This increases its outstanding guarantees for the MRO subsidiary to CNY512.9 million (USD76.4 million).

Earlier in September, China Express Airlines guaranteed a separate CNY30 million (USD4.5 million) working-capital loan for the same subsidiary from CCB China Construction Bank. Both transactions fall within a previously approved CNY2.6 billion (USD387.3 million) guarantee framework for wholly owned subsidiaries.
