Cathay Pacific (CX, Hong Kong International) has placed a firm order for two incremental A350Fs, upping its total commitment for the new-generation freighter type to eight units. The first six aircraft were ordered in 2023. Cathay Pacific has not disclosed the expected timeline for the deliveries of the new aircraft, but said they would complement rather than replace its current fleet of fourteen B747-8Fs and six B747-400ERFs.
