KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KL, Amsterdam Schiphol) has agreed with Royal Schiphol Group, the operator of Amsterdam Schiphol, to relocate several of its facilities, including its catering services, the Topside office building, and cargo buildings, to enable the expansion of the airport infrastructure. The airline said that the move will boost passenger throughput at the airport while also improving the working environment for KLM's staff. The Dutch flag carrier has a 51.9% market share by capacity at the airport, while sister carriers Transavia Airlines and Air France have an additional 10.2%.
