VietJetAir (VJ, Hanoi Noi Bai International) will issue a stock dividend on June 17, 2026, distributing 177.5 million new common shares. Shareholders will receive 30 bonus shares for every 100 held, funded from undistributed post-tax profits. The issuance, with a total par value of VND1.8 trillion (USD67.2 million), will increase the number of outstanding shares from 591.6 million to 769.1 million.
