Wizz Air (W6, Budapest) has announced that it will open a base at Pristina in November 2026. To start, the low-cost carrier will station one A321-200NX at the base and launch three new routes, to Brussels Charleroi, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, and Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg, CH. Wizz Air first began serving Pristina in 2017 after securing a PSO contract from the Hungarian government.
