Aero-Dienst (ADN, Nuremberg) has placed an order with Bombardier Business Aircraft for a second air ambulance-configured Challenger 650, following the first aircraft contracted in mid-2024.

“The Challenger 650 is ideally suited to our operational requirements,” said Oliver Kosing, managing director of Aero-Dienst. He highlighted the aircraft's advanced intensive care equipment, as well as a cabin with stand-up height, enabling optimal in-flight medical care.

The first unit of the type is scheduled for delivery in 2026.

Aero-Dienst's current air ambulance fleet comprises two Do328-300s and two Learjet 60XRs. The company further manages a Challenger 350, a Challenger 3500, and a Global 5500, all available for charter.

Aero-Dienst is a subsidiary of the German automobile association Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club (ADAC SE).
