Philippine Airlines (PR, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) and the National Academy of Aviation of the Philippines (NAAP) have conducted the final inspection of four donated DHC-8-Q400 aircraft earmarked for aviation training purposes. The aircraft, which are no longer airworthy, are RP-C3030 (msn 4064), RP-C3032 (msn 4070), RP-C3033 (msn 4071), and RP-C3036 (msn 4023). The donation forms part of an earlier agreement under which Philippine Airlines committed to donate five DHC-8-Q400s to the academy. NAAP said the aircraft will be used as training laboratories to support the education of future Philippine aviation professionals.
