Jet Aviation Flight Services (JAS, Teterboro) has signed a 30-year lease to operate a new FBO at Denver Rocky Mountain. Construction of the 60,700-square-metre facility is expected to begin in 2027, with operations scheduled to commence in 2028. Part of a newly developed aviation campus at the airport, the facility will include a 700-square-metre FBO, 6,500 square metres of hangar space, and more than 18,600 square metres of ramp area. The lease agreement was signed by Jet Aviation, SR Aviation Infrastructure, and Business Aviation Group, LLC.

“Given the airport's proximity to both Denver and the surrounding ski resorts, Rocky Mountain Airport continues to grow as a key hub for our domestic and international customers,” said David Best, senior vice president regional operations and general manager Americas at Jet Aviation. The new FBO will expand the group's regional network to 13 facilities and complement a global footprint of over 30 locations.
