Atmospherica Aviation (AAN, Prague Václav Havel) has placed an order with Embraer Executive Jets for two additional Phenom 300Es, with delivery scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.

“These aircraft are intended to replace the oldest aircraft in the fleet, supporting our long-term strategy of continuous fleet renewal after no more than six to seven years of service,” the company said in a statement, adding that it aims to maintain an average fleet age below two and a half years.

Atmospherica Aviation currently operates five Phenom 300Es, alongside a legacy Phenom 300. Two of the Phenom 300Es were built in 2025, while the other three were manufactured in 2021, 2022, and 2023, respectively.

In addition to the two newly ordered aircraft, accountable manager Alice Horváth-Muška told ch-aviation in an exclusive interview at AERO Friedrischafen 2026 in April that a sixth factory-new Phenom 300E is due for delivery in the second quarter of 2027, replacing the standard Phenom 300. “We will be operating five Phenom 300Es, and the sixth is a spare that can help in AOG situations,” she said at the time.

Alongside the Phenom fleet, the company operates two Praetor 600s built in 2024 and 2025. The super-midsize aircraft are placed under the AOC of Atmospherica Jets, a second Czech certification secured in January 2026 to facilitate operational approvals not required for the Phenom 300, particularly for transatlantic services. Horváth-Muška confirmed that further expansion of the Praetor fleet is planned.

Atmospherica Aviation also privately operates a Citation Mustang used to transport technicians during AOG situations.
