Embraer Executive Jets (São José dos Campos U.E. Stumpf International) has secured type certification for the Praetor 500E from Brazil's Civil Aviation Authority (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil - ANAC), the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). “Achieving triple certification ahead of schedule and on spec is a strong testament to our engineering excellence, enterprise efficiency, and disciplined execution,” said Michael Amalfitano, president and CEO of Embraer Executive Jets.
Based on the Praetor 500, the Praetor 500E was unveiled in February 2026 alongside the Praetor 600E, an enhanced version of the Praetor 600. The latter received triple certification from the same three authorities in April 2026.
