Singapore Airlines (SQ, Singapore Changi) issued CNY1.5 billion yuan (USD220.8 million) of 2.38% offshore notes due June 30, 2031, under its SGD10 billion (USD7.7 billion) multi-currency medium-term note programme. The notes were issued at par and will pay interest semi-annually. Bank of China Singapore Branch, DBS Bank, HSBC, and Standard Chartered Singapore acted as joint lead managers. The notes received approval in principle for listing on the Singapore Exchange and began trading on July 1, 2026.
