American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth) and American Eagle Airlines (Dallas/Fort Worth) parent AMR will be renamed American Airlines Group as part of the merger between AMR and US Airways (Phoenix Sky Harbor). A court hearing has been scheduled for March 27 when the bankruptcy court overseeing AMR will review and likely authorize the proposed merger agreement.
