Aer Lingus (EI, Dublin International) is set to cut 6% of its capacity, split between long- and short-haul operations, and up to 500 jobs as it faces a major restructuring. Routes that will be cut include to Las Vegas Harry Reid, Denver International, Minneapolis St. Paul International, and Split. Other routes will see frequency cuts. The decision comes after Aer Lingus posted a EUR103 million euro (USD117.5 million) loss for the first quarter of 2026 and announced a reduction in senior management.
