The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has notified Surf Air Mobility of non-compliance on a rule requiring companies to maintain an average closing share price of at least USD1 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period. The company said it plans to notify the NYSE within ten business days that it intends to organically regain compliance and cure the stock price deficiency.

Surf Air Mobility is the owner of Mokulele Airlines, Southern Airways Express, and Surf Air.
